Demand for more resilient multidomain defence structures

The EU’s autonomy is being challenged every day and across all defence domains: modernising current defence systems has thus become a priority.

MaJoR (Maintenance, Joining and Repair) addresses the need to strengthen the EU defence industry’s capability and secure European autonomy through cross-border collaboration and advances in material joining, maintenance and repair technologies across the air, sea, and land domains. By combining the multi-domain effort under one project, the cross-pollination of knowledge and techniques across industries and nations is stimulated.
